The Snapshots Foundation is pleased to announce we are working to create a documentary film on one of the most remarkable personalities of our time, David Dubal, celebrated broadcaster, concert pianist, author, painter, professor of music at The Juilliard School, and guiding voice of the piano.
Mr. Dubal’s work through his radio programs and books, such as Evenings with Horowitz, have enriched our social fabric in the US and abroad. He has been granted the prestigious Peabody Award, and The Emmy Award for his film The Golden Age of the Pianist in addition to numerous accolades.
Throughout his career, David has brought the social elite and blue collar worker together for the love of music, sharing carefully prepared programs of comparative listening. David’s trusted relationships with Horowitz, Glenn Gould, and many other important figures make him the ideal spokesperson for a generation of great artists no longer with us.
Your generous support of this film project through (501-(c)(3) donation will ensure David Dubal’s history and work will be shared on the national stage and beyond. Those who wish to make a major gift may contact us directly at
